Return Policy

How do I return?

• Send us an email at customerservice@sarichka.com to request a return label.
• Your Return Label will be sent to the email on your order. Print it out and apply it over the old shipping label.
• Drop off your return at the post office.
• You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your return and its processed.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• A partial refund of 50% will be sent if item is sent dirty or visibly worn.

Free gifts or promotional and clearance items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• All USA returns are Free

How soon will I get my refund?

• Refunds will be processed on our end the same day we receive the return.
• The processing time for the refunded balance to show up in your account will depend on your credit/bank.
